Food

first of all, when I saw the book is about  food I started guessing ask myself what is that about, I thought is was something to teach people how to cook. when  I started reading the book it was very interesting how many people eat in America what type of food we are earting today. The first thing I saw that make me very sad about it, when the author was talking about process food. I was very schok to be honest with myself when i moved to the USA about  six years ago I was very slumming girl after a while i gain so much weight. I put myself in diet I started eating believe me everything that you know start with low at the same time i do exercise couple time in the week. thus the author was talking about labeled food thats was suprising for a munite how some people just making money they don't really care about health of the consummer.

  1. As you I asked to myself what kind book was IDOF. But I didn't think it was a book teaching people how to cook, but a book to teaching people how to eat in a right way, I mean, the right way to combination food in order not to make people obese. With surprise, I figured out that this book is much more than this. It is a great advice about what we eat, about how harmless processed food is, and how wrong we are to follow the nutritionism. Like you I gained a lot of extra pound since I moved to the USA, but I don't blame America's system for this because I think we eat whatever we want. So if you want eat health, better; but if you decide eat junk food it is up to you. I think we have conscious about what we are eating.

  2. Gertha, I am sorry to tell you that you need to pay to learn how to cook. The book does not teach that. I think I can teach how to make sauce of fish without oil and salt. That is the only one I can give you. For the rest you have to go to NCC cuisine course, sorry sister.
