Having a Laugh is so Important

Everybody knows that it is imporatnt to exercise to get our circulation going, strenghten our muscles and keep us mentallly sharp, but what about the internal one. When we laugh, internal muscles and organs riches the same way. laughing reducing stress and help us to feel better, and the heartier the laughing the better. it is a good idea to watch a comedy show, read jokes or something funny to get you to break into a laugh. It is good to hang around other people that laugh a lot. A good laugh can be a medecine for our health. When you laugh or say something good you make people's day, and you affect them in a good manner. I strongly believe that when you laugh you live longer and you look younger. Thus, try and have a good laugh! It is good for all of us to laugh everyday as long as we can. hah hah hah hah hahh hah hah loll.
